Who sends these messages
Text messages under these terms are sent by David Bearchell CPA, LLC (DBCPA) of Macon, Georgia, operator of https://dbcpallc.com.
Program description
This is a low-volume operational alert program — a pager for the practice. It sends alerts to the opted-in business owner, and to any authorized member of the firm who has opted in, about urgent practice items: a stalled inbox, or something needing a decision about money movement or a client relationship. It is not a marketing program. We do not use it for advertising, promotions, mass messaging, or client appointment blasts.
Opt-in and consent
We send messages only to a mobile number whose owner has given affirmative consent in advance. Consent is given verbally or in writing when the pager alerts are set up, and it is never pre-checked, bundled into another agreement, or assumed. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from the firm. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how many urgent practice items come up, up to about 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
HELP and STOP
Reply HELP to any message to receive support information, including how to reach us. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message, and we will send no further texts to that number unless you opt in again.
Carriers and delivery
Delivery depends on your wireless carrier, device, and coverage, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and consent information collected for this program are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy (https://dbcpallc.com/privacy) for how we handle your information.
